Martin Farrell Homes
The Martin Farrell House project calls to upgrade all 59 of its residential units and the corridors on each floor and the common spaces and offices on the first floor. Some additional upgrades include the existing parking lot, concrete patio and minor masonry repairs to the building’s exterior. We were a subcontractor with GMA for this project.

Porch Projects
Rebuilt 7 residential wrought iron and galvanized porches for the City of Chicago.
Completed project on time and within budget. SMB was responsible from permit to final completion sign off. Total Project Cost - $905,337
